Enlightenment

What is Enlightenment? Enlightenment is a moment or state of clarity, wisdom, and knowing that removes confusion of matters that were once hidden. Enlightenment comes from many things such as meditation, failing, communicating with others, and watching nature. Failed relationships give you enlightenment about dating. Martial arts came from humans being enlightened by nature and made their fighting styles. Meditation enlightens about self. We are surrounded by it but have to be open and receiving to the lessons around us. The more enlightenment you gain the more aware you are of subtle messages around you. Light breeds and carries information that is needed for us to function and broaden our perspective of the world and self.

Numerology 

Numerology is an occult system of numbers that gives us insight into many things. Each number has a vibration and energy that it carries with it and every number has a number attached to it. For example A=1, B=2, C=3, and so on. You can take your name and break it down by taking all the numbers related to the letters in your name and adding all of them to a single digit. Doing the same with your full birth date will give you your life path number which relates to your destiny. Orange- concentration, Energy, power, creativity, stamina, business goals, abundance, legal matters, adaptability, luck, kindness, warming energy, and career goals. Also correlates with sacral chakra, Sunday and Wednesday, and fire element.

Yellow- friendship, movement, self- confidence, joy, imagination, memory, happiness, intelligent, wisdom, concentration, travel, communication, and charm. Also correlates with solar plexus chakra,  Sunday and Wednesday, and air element.

Green- money, fertility, good luck, calmness, rejuvenation, growth, material success, beauty, abundance, ambition, nature, and faith. Also correlates with heart chakra, Wednesday and Friday, earth element.

Blue- tranquility, friendship, hope, intuition, health, spirituality, inner peace, patience, understanding, communication, protection, gentle, calm, loyalty, and emotions. Also correlates with throat chakra, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and water element.

Purple- clarity, meditation, spirituality, success, power, divinity, psychic energy, clarity, enlightenment, independence, willpower, ambition, feminine energy, and breaks bad luck. Also correlates with third eye(indigo), Thursday, and air element.

Black- release, discipline, wisdom, clear confusion, remove negative situations, absorbs light, control, resilience, absorption, and banish evil. Black correlates with Saturday and all elements.

Pink- friendship, romance, feminine energy, youthfulness, love, healing energy, success, harmony, transmutation, caring, and peace. Pink correlates with Friday and fire element.

Brown- financial success, concentration, legal problems, ambition, sociable, creativity, career, justice, mother nature, earth energy, feminine energy, and grounding. Brown correlates with Monday, Friday, and Saturday, and air and fire element. 

Chakras:  Sanskrit for “wheel” or “spinning disk” also spelled Cakra or Cakka.  Psychic-energy centers (mini -vortexes) of spiritual power that moves energy in and out of the human body.  

Root Chakra: The root chakra is located at the base of the spine and effects our rectum, legs and feet. The color red is associated with this chakra as well as the earth element. The root chakra connects us to our physical body and tethers us to this earth. Positive signs of a healthy root chakra is success, stability, security, loyalty, patience, and grounding. Not having a healthy root chakra could cause problems with your blood, bones, knees, and feet. There are multiple ways of connecting with your root chakra such oils like sandalwood, patchouli, and cedarwood. Some good crystals for this chakra are black tourmaline, red jasper, bloodstone, ruby, and hematite. When meditating you can hum “Lam” to connect deeper with your root chakra.  

Sacral Chakra: The sacral chakra is located in the hips and genitals. The color orange is associated with this chakra as well as the water element. The sacral chakra connects us  to our emotions and intimate nature. Positive signs of a healthy sacral are joy, knowledgeable and in sync with emotions, strong creative drive, fertile, and sexual. Not having a heathy sacral could cause problems with bladder, over sexualized nature, toxic emotions. Oils such as orange, sage, jasmine, and ylang ylang can help your sacral chakra. Great crystals for the sacral are amber, carnelian, moonstone, and orange calcite. When meditating you can hum “Vam” to connect deeper with your sacral chakra.  

Solar Plexus Chakra: The solar plexus chakra is located in your stomach. The color associated with this chakra is yellow as well as the fire element. The solar chakra connects us to the power of self and determination. Positive signs of healthy solar plexus are high energy, motivation, power, charisma, and confidence. An unhealthy solar plexus could cause digestion problems, chronic fatigue, rage, ulcers, low self esteem. Oils such as lemon, peppermint, sage, ginger, and myrrh can help your solar plexus crystals for the solar plexus are tiger’s eye, topaz, citrine, and fire agate. Heart Chakra: The heart chakra is located in the heart. The color associated with the heart chakra is green as well as the air element. The heart chakra is about love and connections. Positive signs of a healthy heart chakra are kindness, compassion, healing, trust, love and forgiveness. Negative signs are heart issues, anti social, lonely, and breathing issues. Throat Chakra: The throat chakra located in the center of the throat. The color associated with the throat chakra is blue and the element is sound. Third Eye Chakra: The third eye chakra is located in the forehead. The color associated with third eye is indigo and the light element. The third eye chakra is about clear perception and knowing. Positive signs of a healthy  third eye chakra are intuitive, wise, psychic, perceptive, and insightful. Crown Chakra: The Crown Chakra is located right above the head. The color associated with the crown chakra is violet or white. The crown chakra is about absolute oneness. Positive signs of a healthy crown chakra are awareness, understanding, wisdom, peace, and enlightened. Negative signs are depression, over thinking, mental illness, close minded, insomnia, and skeptic. Oils for the crown chakra are lavender, rose, frankincense, sandalwood, and peppermint.
